Madge Ivey Everitt, 1937-2025

Madge Ivey Everitt, age 87, of Hermitage, AR died Saturday, February 8, 2025 at her home in Hermitage, AR.  She was born Friday, November 5, 1937 in Hermitage, AR a daughter of the late Clifton Ivey and Hollie Jarrett Ivey. She was a retired LPN with Baylor Medical Center in Texas and a member of the Hermitage Baptist Church.

Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Ludie B. Everitt, Jr. whom she married on May 10, 1958 and he died on August 19, 2004; daughter, Tracey Ann Everitt; brother, Allen Ivey and sisters, Louise Hartline and Frances Hanks.

She is survived by her sons, Kelly Everitt of Hermitage, AR and Clifton Everitt and wife Julie of Laguna Vista, TX; grandchildren, Emily Everitt and Tucker Everitt; great-grandchild, Wylie Nicole Rudder and sister, Vickie Casiano of MS. 

Graveside service was held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 14, 2025 at Holly Springs Cemetery. Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Hermitage Baptist Church or Holly Springs Cemetery, C/O Hugh Allen Quimby 322 Bradley Road 32,  Warren, AR 71671.
