Jean Dees, 1932-2025

Jean Dees, age 92, of White Hall, AR passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025 at home. She was born on Saturday, April 30, 1932 in Warren, AR to the late Rufus Clyde “RC” Sanders and Jimmie Katerine Wallace Sanders. She was a 1950 Warren High School graduate. Jean was a member of First Baptist Church in White Hall.

Other than her parents she is preceded in death by brothers, James Sanders and Charles Travis Sanders and a sister, Martha Sue Sanders Morgan.

Survivors include her sons, Charles “Tinker” Dees, Jr of Lufkin, TX and Richard Dees of White Hall, AR; daughter, Donna Lyn Dees Boone and spouse Dr. Terry Boone of White Hall, AR, brother, Richard C. Sanders of Hot Springs Village, AR; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service was held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 at Oakland Cemetery in Warren, AR. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
