WARREN, Ark. – The Donald W. Reynolds YMCA of Warren and Bradley County had the honor of hosting Alpha Company DET 3 RSP (Enforcers) from Warren, part of the Arkansas Army National Guard, this past weekend.

The visit included key leaders from the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP), including SFC Bruce Goodman, RSP Coordinator; CPT Nelson, RSP Commander; and MSG Randall, RSP First Sergeant.

RSP, short for Recruit Sustainment Program, is a vital preparatory program for newly enlisted soldiers. Once individuals join the Arkansas Army National Guard, they participate in monthly weekend sessions focused on teaching the fundamentals of military life and preparing them for basic training.

The YMCA expressed its gratitude for the opportunity to support these future soldiers as they embark on their service journeys.

“Thank you for giving us the opportunity!” the organization shared.
