WARREN, Ark. – On July 7, 2025, Bradley County Economic Development Corporation (BCEDC) announced the acquisition of 105 acres of prime industrial development land.
The property offers unique advantages for industrial development, including its proximity to the Warren City limits. It may accommodate either single or multiple facility projects and is adjacent to BCEDC’s existing 59 acres of industrial development land. Notably, it offers access to utilities, rail infrastructure, and Hwy 189 linking US Highways 63 & 278.
BCEDC and the City of Warren worked together to accomplish this purchase. The City of Warren has entered into a lease agreement with BCEDC, leasing the 105-acre industrial property. The property will be actively marketed jointly by the City of Warren and BCEDC to recruit industry and create job opportunities. Our joint goal is to bring quality job opportunities to Warren and Bradley County and promote prosperity and sustainability in our community.
