Mainline Health Systems, Inc. (MHSI) Receives $35,000 Arkansas Cancer Coalition Grant

Monticello, AR (September 10, 2025) — Mainline Health Systems, Inc. (MHSI) is proud to announce that it has been awarded a $35,000 grant from the Arkansas Cancer Coalition for “MHSI Mission Possible: Prevent & Detect.” This generous grant funding will be instrumental in advancing the quality and efficiency of MHSI’s efforts to empower more people to take control of their health through cancer prevention and early detection.

The grant funds will be specifically allocated to increasing the accessibility and awareness of screenings for breast, colon, and cervical cancer. These types of cancers can be effectively managed and treated when detected early, and Mainline Health is committed to encouraging our community to take proactive steps in their health care.

“We sincerely appreciate the support from the Arkansas Cancer Coalition,” said Jeni Barham, Chief Quality Officer at Mainline Health Systems, Inc. “This grant is vital to improving our ability to educate and reach more individuals, making sure they understand the importance of regular cancer screenings and can easily obtain these essential services.”

To increase screening rates for breast, cervical, and colon cancers, Mainline Health will use the grant to improve its operations and patient outreach. This will particularly help underserved populations receive more screenings, directly advancing early detection and prevention efforts in Southeast Arkansas.
