BANKS, Ark. – The Town of Banks will host its annual Christmas With Santa celebration on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Banks Community Center.
The family-friendly event will feature opportunities for families to take pictures with Santa, Mrs. Claus and Rudolph. Activities planned for the evening include an ugly Christmas sweater contest open to all ages, with cash prizes awarded in the Ugliest, Most Creative and Funniest categories.
Children will also be able to participate in a coloring contest, with winners judged by the town’s Facebook followers. Additional activities include story time with Mrs. Claus.
Food will be provided during the event, with supper served featuring chili dogs, chili pie, cocoa and cookies.
The event is open to the public and is intended to provide a festive evening for families and community members to celebrate the Christmas season together.
