WARREN, Ark. – The Warren Branch Library is now offering blood pressure kits for checkout, allowing patrons to monitor their blood pressure at home free of charge with a valid library card.
The kits are provided through the Southeast Arkansas Regional Library as part of the Libraries with Heart grant from the American Heart Association and the Little Rock-based Blue & You Foundation.
Each kit includes a blood pressure monitor terminal, blood pressure cuff, toolkit, instruction manual and a quick user guide. The program is designed to make it easier for community members to track their health from home without incurring additional costs.
