Crossett man killed in March 31 crash on Highway 160 in Bradley County

WARREN, Ark. (4-3-26) — A Crossett man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Tuesday afternoon on State Highway 160 in rural Bradley County, according to a report from the Arkansas State Police.

The crash occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. on March 31, 2026. The victim, identified as William Eugene Miles, 73, of Crossett, was the driver of a 2002 GMC traveling eastbound on Highway 160.

According to the initial report, the vehicle left the roadway while negotiating a right-hand curve. The driver overcorrected, causing the vehicle to overturn.

Weather conditions were clear, and the roadway was dry at the time of the crash.


Since originally publishing this article, we have received a tip that the accident happened close to 5:30 p.m., not a.m. Currently, the official Arkansas State Police report states 5:30 a.m. But we did want to make note of the different times discuss.
