Elaine Mills, age 61, of Warren, AR passed away Monday, April 27th, 2026 at her home. Born in Dumas, AR on December 7th ,1964, to the late Kenneth Mills and Billie Adiar Mills. She was a graduate of Warren High school and achieved a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She worked as a home health nurse for many years where she cared for several individuals throughout her career. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Other than her parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers Garvin Mills and Wesley Mills.
She is survived by two sisters Donna Hughes of Warren, AR and Becky Nichols (Bart) of Warren, AR, a niece Cindy, extended family members, and two dear friends, Roger Prince and Leslie Jo Hobbs.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1st, 2026 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. until service time on Friday, May 1st, 2026 at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
