Carroll Earns State Runner-Up Finish in Long Jump at 1A State Meet

HERMITAGE, Ark. — Hermitage athlete Robin Carroll earned a second-place finish in the long jump at the 1A Arkansas State Track & Field Championships, according to a post from the Hermitage School District on Tuesday.

Carroll finished as the 1A State Runner-Up in the event, adding another strong performance to Hermitage’s track and field season.

In its post recognizing the accomplishment, the district praised Carroll’s effort and dedication, stating that his “hard work and dedication continue to make the Hermit family proud.”

The state runner-up finish marks one of the top performances in Class 1A competition this season for Hermitage Track & Field.
