HERMITAGE, Ark. — Two Hermitage High School seniors were recognized at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion as part of Scholastic Honors Day, according to a recent post from the Hermitage School District.

Alayjah Strong and Sarah Huitt were honored during the event, which celebrates outstanding students from across the state. The recognition took place on May 2.

The school district noted that both students represented Hermitage High School and their community at the event, accompanied by their families.

“We are proud to have these exceptional students and their families represent the Hermitage School District,” the district shared in its announcement.
