MONTICELLO, Ark. — Classic cars, custom trucks, motorcycles, food, and family fun will return to Monticello this fall as the 8th Annual Hattie’s Hot Rods Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show takes place on Saturday, Sept. 12, at the Monticello Sports Complex, located at 1930 Highway 278.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with on-site vehicle registration available from 9 a.m. until noon. Registration is $20 per vehicle, and awards will be presented for first and second place in the car, truck, and motorcycle categories, as voted on by registered participants.
Organizers say attendees can expect a day filled with an impressive collection of vehicles, door prizes, food trucks, and a welcoming atmosphere for automotive enthusiasts and families alike.
The annual event also serves an important purpose beyond showcasing classic and custom vehicles. Proceeds from the show will benefit Hope Place Monticello, helping support the organization’s mission in the community.
The event is hosted by Drake Davis and Hattie’s Hot Rods, and organizers encourage the public to come out and support a great cause while enjoying one of southeast Arkansas’ popular annual automotive gatherings.
