Bradley County Medical Center is proud to announce that Britney Harris, RN, of the Home Health department has been named the organizations Employee of the Month for July.
The nomination for Harris stated: “Britney completes all required paperwork accurately and on time, helping ensure smooth daily operations and compliance within our facility. During our recent state health inspections, she went above and beyond by working on her day off to support the team and help the facility successfully prepare for and pass inspection. She participated in two of the three state health home visits, where she demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to quality patient care and regulatory standards. She is truly an asset to our team and she certainly deserves to be recognized as employee of the month. With her help, Home Health was able to pass our state health inspection with no tags.”
