Beverly Carnell Brown was born on June 23, 1967, in Warren, Arkansas, to Willie Lee Marks and the late Marilyn Sue Marks. On July 18, 2026, she was welcomed into eternal rest, joining her beloved mother and her cherished sister, Kamanda Michelle Marks.
Beverly dedicated many years of her life as a caregiver, where she faithfully cared for others with patience, dignity, and compassion. She had a servant’s heart and found joy in helping those in need. Beverly never met a stranger, and her warm smile, gentle spirit, and caring heart made everyone she encountered feel welcomed and loved.
More than anything, Beverly loved her family. She was a devoted mother to her son, De’Vonta Brown, and welcomed her daughter-in- law, Tarian Brown, with love. She absolutely adored her grandson, Tevari Brown, and being his grandmother was one of her greatest joys. She treasured every moment they shared, and the love she had for her family was evident in everything she did. She also leaves to cherish her memory her loving brother, Tommy Marks; her sister, Katrina Davis; her stepmother, Gloria Marks; her step-siblings, Anita, Michael, Wayne, and Lisa Phillips; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Beverly will be remembered for her compassionate heart, welcoming spirit, and unwavering kindness. Though our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the love she shared, the memories she created, and the countless lives she touched. Her beautiful legacy will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
