The City of Warren is mourning the death of Robert Patton, who served the community as an animal control officer.
In a statement issued on behalf of the city, the Warren City Council and the Warren Police Department, officials extended their deepest sympathy to Patton’s family and loved ones.
City officials remembered Patton as a dedicated employee who was passionate about serving the Warren community. They said his commitment, compassion and strong work ethic earned the respect and appreciation of his coworkers and the residents he served.
“Robert Patton will be greatly missed by the City of Warren, his coworkers, and all who had the privilege of knowing him,” the city stated. “We are grateful for his service and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.”
The city concluded its statement by asking the community to keep Patton’s family in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
