Warren High School Class of 2000 Planning First Reunion

WARREN – Members of the Warren High School Class of 2000 are making plans for their first class reunion, scheduled for Friday and Saturday, Oct. 9-10, 2026.

The reunion weekend will begin Friday with opportunities for classmates to participate in the Warren Homecoming Parade and gather for a tailgate before the Lumberjacks’ football game. The tailgate will be held on the field adjacent to Jim Hurley Jr. Sports Stadium and will feature hamburgers, hot dogs, other tailgate favorites and several pregame activities.

Organizers are also hoping to arrange a tour of Warren High School, including renovations completed following the fire and the school’s new basketball facility.

Following Friday night’s football game against the Hamburg Lions, classmates may gather informally to visit and reminisce. Additional details about the postgame gathering will be announced as plans are finalized.

The reunion will continue Saturday with a banquet-style dinner and dancing. Organizers said the evening will include food, music, memories and fellowship. A location for the Saturday event has not yet been announced.

The cost to attend will be $100 per classmate. An account will be established at Union Bank & Trust in Warren, and Cash App and other electronic payment options will be available for classmates who live outside the area.

Class reunion T-shirts are also being planned, with the design and pricing expected to be released soon.

Organizers are asking members of the Class of 2000 to update their contact information and help reach classmates who may not yet have heard about the reunion. Volunteers are also needed to assist with cooking, setup and other reunion activities.
