Bradley County Medical Center is excited to announce BJ Kidwell of the Emergency Department has been named the Employee of the Month for September.
His nomination stated: “New to our facility, but not new to the community. BJ is a hometown hero. Born and raised in this community, he is now here to serve the people. BJ brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our ER where he works to diagnose and treat. He has been a huge asset to our facility. As stated before, his knowledge and experience are impressive, and he has consistently excelled with compassion in his care of patients and their families. He explains conditions to patients and family members in a way that is understandable. He encourages and educates. He responds well in emergent situations and holds his composure very well. He praises staff when good tasks are performed and seeks opinions/team discussions to improve situations if needed. He is a true example of a leader and we are honored to have him here at our facility! Thank you, BJ!”
