MONTICELLO, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello men’s golf team is back out on the links this week in the 10th Annual Battle of the Belt tournament, hosted by Henderson State University. The 54-hole tournament takes place on Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29 at the Hot Springs Country Club (Arlington Course).

TOURNAMENT NOTES
10th Annual Battle of the Belt Tournament: Arkansas-Monticello will compete alongside a field of eight other teams at the 10th Annual Battle of the Belt Tournament. The field includes Arkansas-Monticello, Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Southern Nazarene University, East Central University, Henderson State University, Christian Brothers University, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, LeMoyne-Owen College, and Henderson State University (B).
LAST TIME OUT
The Weevils finished the NSU Men’s Golf Classic with a combined score of 292 (+8), helping them place 8th overall, with a three-round combined score of 837 (+21). UAM was led by Holt Helms who closed out the tournament tied for 7th after shooting a 72 (+1) in round three, finishing 2-under par after three rounds.
