Joyce Mann Sipes

Joyce Mann Sipes, age 84, of Warren, AR died Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at her home. She was born May 8, 1942, in Warren, AR. She was the daughter of the late Wheeler Mann and Maxine Blankenship Mann. She married Henry Vance Sipes on July 6, 1962. They were married for 55 years. She was baptized on February 19, 1965, as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. In her younger years she worked at the Corral Drive-in. Later in life, she was employed at Galloway Floor Covering. In her later years, she devoted much of her time as a volunteer Bible teacher.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Charlene Lowe, Buddy Mann, Pat Galloway, Judy Taylor, Jamie Mann, Ricky Mann, and Wade Mann. She is survived by her four children, Stacey Bowen and spouse David of Hattiesburg, MS, Debra Prince and spouse Roger, Rhonda Mercer and spouse Mike all of Warren, AR, Casey Sipes and spouse Julie of Hot Springs, AR. Five grandchildren, Lesli Jo Hobbs, Carly Townsend, Tyler Bowen, Caylie Bartow, and Allie Sipes. Two great grandchildren, Elliana and Dean Bowen. She is survived by her siblings, Donna Lytle, Steve Mann, Mack Mann, Lana Bodiford, and Mark Mann.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Warren, AR.
