WARREN, Ark. – 5-19-25 – Bradley County residents are invited to gather in solemn remembrance on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. for the annual Memorial Day Program, which will take place at First Methodist Church, located at 111 West Church Street in Warren. This community event is dedicated to honoring the men and women who gave their lives defending the freedoms we hold dear.
Parking will be available both behind the church and across the street from its main entrance.
The program will feature Chad Greenwood, pastor of Union Hill Baptist Church in Ingalls and JROTC instructor at Warren High School, who will deliver the keynote address. Music will be provided by Felecia Doster and Jonalyn Reep, adding a heartfelt touch to the ceremony.
As part of the program, Cadet LTC Alliana Ayala will be recognized as the Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Arkansas JROTC Cadet of the Year. Mayor R. Gregg Reep will present the award on behalf of the City of Warren.
All community members are urged to attend this meaningful service, to pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country. Let us come together in gratitude and reflection, and to thank all our local veterans for their courageous service and continued dedication to our nation.
