WARREN, Ark. — As of Tuesday afternoon, the City of Warren informed Saline River News that the Warren Police Department’s landline phone number is currently not functioning. However, the public is advised that 911 services remain fully operational. Residents needing to reach the Warren Police Department should dial 911 until further notice.
