A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Paul Edward Miller, Jr. The Warren Police Department has obtained a Warrant for the arrest of Paul Edward Miller, Jr., age 23, whose last known address is in Wilmar, AR. The Warrant was obtained for a shooting incident involving a terroristic act and aggravated assault.
