EHC Quilting Group Donates Handmade Quilt to Bradley County Veterans Museum

WARREN, Ark. – A handcrafted quilt created by members of the Extension Homemakers Council (EHC) Quilting Class was recently donated to the Bradley County Veterans Museum, where it will be proudly displayed in the museum’s conference room.

The quilt was made by a dedicated group of local women, including Alayne Zimmerly, Lynn Chandler, Donna Parker, Donna McGaha, Laura Evans, Kathy Hall, Tamara Jolley, and Melinda Steadman. The intricate work showcases both craftsmanship and a deep appreciation for the service of local veterans.

The quilt was formally presented to the museum by several members of the quilting group. Pictured left to right in the presentation are Alayne Zimmerly, Lynn Chandler, Penny Vance, Donna Parker, and Donna McGaha.

Museum officials expressed their gratitude for the gift, noting that the quilt adds a heartfelt and personal touch to the museum space.

The Bradley County Veterans Museum is honored to receive this donation and invites the public to view the quilt during regular museum hours.
