Missing Warren Man Rodney Riedel Found Deceased

WARREN, Ark. – The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Friday that missing Warren man Rodney (Rod) Dean Riedel, 58, has been found deceased.

“UPDATE: It is with the permission of the family, and with our deepest sympathy, to inform that Rodney Dean Riedel has been found,” the sheriff’s office stated. “Mr. Riedel was found North of Clinton Arkansas today, at approximately 4:30 p.m., along highway 65 after having suffered apparent fatal injuries as the result of an automobile accident. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers in the coming days.”

The department added, “The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the community for all the shares, and efforts made in trying to locate Mr. Riedel. Special thanks to the Arkansas State Police, and Morgan Nick Foundation for their assistance.”

Riedel had been missing since August 5, when he was last seen leaving the Alon Station on Martin Street in Warren. His last known phone activity pinged near Clinton in the early morning hours of August 6.

No arrangements have been announced at this time.
