WARREN, Ark. — Warren Lumberjack alum Terence Roberson officially committed to the University of Arkansas on Friday morning, capping a fast-moving recruiting process after recently entering the NCAA transfer portal.
Roberson, a 6-foot-6, 310-pound redshirt freshman offensive lineman, spent the past two seasons at Ouachita Baptist University, where his play quickly drew national attention. After the initial report of his transfer portal entry, Roberson added new offers from Texas and Ole Miss, joining an already strong list that included Arkansas, LSU, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, UConn, Southern Miss, Oklahoma, and Auburn.
Despite interest from across the country, Roberson ultimately chose Arkansas following a visit to Fayetteville earlier this week. The Razorbacks are led by new head coach Ryan Silverfield.
Roberson was named All-Conference in the Great American Conference this past season and appeared in three games during the 2024 campaign while maintaining his redshirt status. He has three full years of eligibility remaining. Academically, he earned a spot on the Ouachita Dean’s List during the Spring 2025 semester and is majoring in computer science.
Before his college career, Roberson was a standout at Warren High School, where he graduated as the salutatorian of his class. He was a two-time All-Conference selection, a member of the 2023–24 Hooten’s Arkansas Football Super Team, and a State Farm Lumberjack of the Week honoree.
