WARREN, Ark. — The Bradley Animal Rescue Coalition (BARC) shared a social media post Wednesday afternoon after two puppies were reportedly picked up near the Human Development Center on Tuesday.
According to the post, the puppies were found in the area surrounding the facility and were later picked up by rescuers. A photo shared by BARC showed two black-and-white puppies standing near a gravel area looking toward the person taking the photograph.
