Judy Kay Wagnon Simmons, 78, of New Edinburg, Arkansas, died Monday, July 13, 2026, at her home.
She was born September 26, 1947, in Warren, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Otis Wagnon and Leola Kitchens Wagnon.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and supported the Friendship Extension Club. Judy was involved with the Bradley County Tomato Luncheon for more than 30 years, serving faithfully. She was also a mainstay of the quilting club.
On June 20, 1965, she married Ken Martin Simmons. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2021.
Survivors include one son, Quinn Simmons and spouse Christy of New Edinburg; two daughters, Delle Simmons of New Edinburg and Angie Clements of Philadelphia; five grandchildren, Quinn Simmons II, Cameron Simmons, Cole Simmons, Madison Pepper and Layne Pepper; one sister, Norma Johnston; one nephew, Wade Parker and spouse Stacey; and one niece, Monique Parker.
Additional family members include Kelsey Taylor and spouse Caleb, Reagan Stanfield and spouse Michael, and their son, Lucas.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 17, at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial will follow in Moseley Cemetery under the direction of Frazer’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 16, at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
