Southeast Bradley County Water is asking customers experiencing low or no water pressure to report the issue as the utility works to identify affected areas.
Customers who are having pressure problems may contact the water operator directly at 870-820-1846.
Reports may also be made through the Southeast Bradley County Water office at 870-463-2750. Callers can press 2 to speak with the water operator or press 3 to speak with an office worker.
The water system is also asking residents to be on the lookout for signs of a possible water leak. Anyone who notices an unusual area of standing water or an unexpected flow of water near a ditch is asked to contact the utility immediately.
Southeast Bradley County Water did not specify the cause of the pressure issues in its announcement.
