WARREN, Ark. – The Warren Country Club’s Ladies’ Golf Association is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated Two-Lady Pink Tomato Scramble, set to take place on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Golf enthusiasts from across the region are invited to participate in this exciting event, showcasing the club’s picturesque course and fostering a spirit of friendly competition among players.
The day’s activities will kick off with registration from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Interested participants can secure their spots in the scramble by paying an entry fee of $80 per player. The official tee time is set for 10:00 a.m., offering a thrilling start to a day filled with camaraderie and golfing excellence.
The entry fee not only guarantees an opportunity to showcase golfing skills but also includes some additional perks. Players can enjoy delicious snacks during the event, provided at the Turn registration. Additionally, the option to purchase mulligans will be available, providing golfers with a chance to improve their game.
The Two-Lady Pink Tomato Scramble will feature a range of enticing prizes up for grabs. The competition will be divided into three flights, with prizes awarded for first, second, and third place in each flight. Furthermore, players will have the chance to showcase their skills with individual contests. The coveted Longest Drive title will be awarded to the player who achieves the greatest distance on Hole 8 or 17. Similarly, the player who manages to hit the ball closest to the pin on Hole 13 will be crowned the winner of the Closest to Pin contest.
To ensure a fair and enjoyable event, the field is limited to 24 teams. Interested participants are encouraged to secure their spots early to avoid disappointment. It is important to note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 4.
