Erma Lee Foster, age 72, of Warren, AR passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. She was born on July 13, 1951 in Fort Smith, AR to the late Fred Maness and LaVerne Dawkins Holloway. She was of the Baptist Faith, a nurse, enjoyed flowers and loved her family and close friends. Lee was the Executive Director of Delta Counseling the treatment facility in Dermott, AR that was the precursor of New Beginnings in Warren, AR. In this position of service, her most proud accomplishment was helping bring drug and alcohol treatment and recovery to this area of the state.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her step-father, Arthur Holloway; daughter, Kelley Ruth Casey and sisters, Beverly Reep, Fern Hammock and Shirley Ruth Maness.
Survivors include her grandson; Anthony Gallegos and spouse Autumn of Warren, AR; daughters, Angela Usry Davis of Wilmar, AR and Allison Usry of Wilmar, AR and sister, Linda Fuller of Warren, AR.
Memorial service was held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Arrangements by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
