WARREN, Ark. – Are you looking for a way to feel better, get stronger, and connect with others? The Walk Across Arkansas program might be just what you need! This 8-week, team-based physical activity program encourages participants to set personal fitness goals and work together to achieve them through friendly competition.
Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for a way to stay motivated, Walk Across Arkansas is open to everyone. Teams of 3 to 8 people can register and support each other as they aim to improve their physical health and well-being.
Participants from previous sessions have reported better sleep, reduced stress, weight loss, improved relationships, and better blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It’s an excellent opportunity to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle while building connections within the community.
