Rebecca Jean Gardner Perkins, aged 62 of Rye Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 8 at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Bryant, Arkansas. Rebecca was born on January 30, 1964, in Warren, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late William “Bill” and Gloria Gardner of Hermitage.
She is preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, John and Quinnie Gardner of Warren, AR, Maternal Grandparents Wiley and Allene Fry of Texarkana, TX, Great Grandmother Berniece Halter of Texarkana, TX and brother-in-law Tim Wood of Hermitage, Arkansas.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years Steve Perkins of Rye, Arkansas of whom she married on June 15, 2000. 3 daughters. A brother – William “Bubba” Gardner and spouse Julie of Hermitage, sister Marie Wood of Hermitage, sister Ramona Richardson and spouse Jacky of Hermitage and sister Wendy Wilson and spouse Jason of Sumpter, Arkansas. Along with several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews that she loved greatly.
Memorial services will be 2:30PM Saturday, August 8 th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Rick Bolin officiating. Visitation will be 1:30PM till service time on Saturday at Frazer’s Chapel.
