Bradley County Medical Center is proud to announce that Carla Miller has earned the August Employee of the Month award. Miller is a member of the Med-Surg staff and works nights.
Her nomination said: “I would like to nominate Carla for Employee of the Month in recognition of her teamwork and compassionate care. Carla is always willing to lend a hand without hesitation along with keeping a positive attitude. What truly sets her apart is the compassion she shows to every patient. She takes time making each individual feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her kindness and professionalism make a lasting impact on both patients and staff. She is a vital part of our team and more than deserving of this recognition.”
