KINGSLAND, Ark. — Community members in Kingsland were recognized for their efforts during Cleveland County Clean Up Day, where volunteers gathered to help improve local areas and remove trash.
According to a social media post from Samantha Johnson, residents who participated in the cleanup in Kingsland collected a large amount of trash and made a visible impact in the community. The effort was part of a broader countywide initiative aimed at encouraging residents to take pride in their surroundings.
Johnson noted that the work done by volunteers demonstrated the power of community involvement and the importance of people coming together to improve where they live.
Several individuals were recognized for their participation, including Lynn McCamey, incoming Cleveland County Judge Jim Houston, Samantha Johnson, Ashleigh Johnson, Ayden Johnson, Jaxon Power, and Tanner Collins.
The cleanup effort highlighted continued community engagement in Kingsland, with organizers expressing appreciation for those who contributed their time and effort to the project.
